HALLLLO!!!

HALLLLO!!! This is jocey squirrel posting, making it easier to tell its me by the little picture, well, it's not exactly little, but by the picture!

Well, to start things off, I wanna congratulate my best friend genie on finally letting the comic hit the internet. I remember the memories of the comic. It was tenth grade, and besides being stressed for that one AP class, the one page pictures made my day. That's how it started, a one page picture that would make me smile. Then it transformed into the comic i know and love. This is also one of my dreams, to see the comic hit the internet, besides you know, to see it in a bookstore. I wanna see it published!!! :P

Soo this is my quick little hello, I'm jocey the crazy squirrel. I'll post occasionally and every now and then.  Please read and enjoy!! It's seriously funny ^-^

HELLO!!!!

Hey guys! This is Genie, co founder and author/artist of JGT comics! Three to four years ago, I thought it would be cool to create an epic, prophecy-driven story about my two best friends, Jocelyn and Taylor, and me. I thought the three of us each had a unique, stand-out personality, perfect for a special trio of heroes, or something of that sort. I knew very well that there were already hundreds of stories out there about prophecies and chosen ones and all that jazz, so I made it priority to add a little twist to our story...

So, after weeks of discussions and planning (and after I finished my homework), I drew a single-page comic about how the three of us magically became squirrels and immediately plunged into an adventure that we knew we'd never forget. And yes, the plot and most of the characters are fictional, but the heart of the episodes and the bond that the three of our characters share are very present and real.

Now, I am still drawing comics about our adventures, and I feel that I am ready to share them with the world. Because my skills in drawing and art, um, lacked quality when I first started the series, I have redrawn and rewritten the first few episodes of JGT with my current style. It's not Marvel or Disney-worthy or anything (I only used paper and pencil), but that doesn't mean that the story shouldn't be worth telling.

Well, I think that generally sums everything up for now; I don't want to spoil anything, hehe. We will do our best to post in a timely manner. But thank you so much for taking the time to read and experience this comic; it really means a lot to us!
