Speaking of thanks, I just wanted to thank JOCEY for that totally awesome birthday card! X3 I am forever grateful to have such a hyper, instigating, courageous, supportive, creative, and just SHMEH-YOU-ARE-JUST-AWESOME-friend like you :)
Jocey will also be your comic-host for the remainder of the week, for I will be temporarily transported...to a strange Land called NYC. And so, please expect Page 38 to be posted on Thursday instead of Monday next week, and please expect Jocey to pop in and check on you all :D

HAPPPY BIRTHDAY!! GENIE!!
Yo-o!!
It's a little late (since I've been working on the card), but today is Genie's birthday :)
That's right, Creator is 21 years old. She can finally be a magical girl ;)
Well, I do have a few things to say to Genie on this special day.
I think it's best to start on those cold mornings at Oak Valley. When you first moved here. And at that table where we first developed our stories. That's right, I'm bringing them up. Magimore? I think that was the title of your story, about three girls and a magical kingdom. And I can't leave out my story, the Golden Heart series. We had so many covers planned, but no story. I don't think our stories ever made it to book two. And then all those doodles of our friends. And that guy that wanted shorts but you refused to draw him in shorts so you put in jeans and then in shorts and then back in jeans when he wasn't looking. And then eighth grade and those crazy squirrel-ly years, up till the mornings of RBHS.
Our walks to the lockers and then the sing-song trips all the way to Barnes and Nobles. And then that fateful morning where you immortalized Jocey, Genie and Taylor. Where it started off with a doodle of me turning into a little squirrel. And then I remember the one where I wanted to save a Skittle, or the one where I had to rescue you guys and I found an axe. And then the Scribbles, and our discussions for the future of JGT. Haha, I really wanna bring up what we talked about, but I can't discuss spoilers haha. And then when we got back from college. And we jus talked and had power discussions about JGT, Great Beings, Pages, and just about everything. I also can't forget to bring up the little comics we wrote where Maia, Jamie and Lyall met Jocey, Taylor, Genie, and jus about everyone in JGT. OH!! I also can't forget your crazy ESP moments haha. There are so many memories, so many and none that I want to forget. And I know that there will be even more memories, no matter how far we travel. We'll always come back and we'll share our crazy ideas and our crazy adventures.
So today is to you, and if I could drink I would drink to you (I'm no longer 21 in Arizona because I have a vertical license). I raise my imaginary margarita cup to you and to the many years that will follow our friendship. All I'm imagining in my head right now is our drunk conversation if we ever got drunk. Crazy crazy things would happen haha.

Happy Birthday, Morrison Brothers!

These two dudes are so dear to me, so tis only natural that I'd wanna cuddle with them and hold them close to my heart X3

Not a Page, but a Cover
Hey, everyone! Genie here!
As you've heard last Thursday, JGT is making its big debut on Comic Fury tomorrow, August 12th! And because of the preparation for this debut, there will be no comic page this week. (I'm sorry! The episode will continue next Monday!)
All week, Jocey and I have been working hard to get the launch ready (as well as fighting colds....shmeh to colds). Among the launch preparations were banners and colored storyboard pages and series covers....
That's right.
JGT now has an official series cover.
And here it is!
Each panel in Genie Squirrel's scroll, as you can see, is a character and scene from the actual comic! Well, except for Rudy's panel. That's just him being him X3
I hope you like the official cover for JGT! I had a blast making it, and an even bigger blast preparing the launch with Jocey. Thank you for all your help, Jocey!!!! :D

I HAVE GREAT NEWS OMIGOSH!!

And now for the news:
JGT is moving! Now nobody panic, this site will still be around. But this move comes with some awesome perks.
We are moving to ComicFury, a webcomic hosting site! And the site is up, go check it out here
We are also going to revamp the first few chapters too. And what does that mean? It means we are going to add some color!! It'll look prettier and awesome-er!
And why are we moving? We just thought JGT was ready to move, and when we first started JGT we had no prior knowledge about webcomics or internet comics and we just kinda winged it. But now (after reading a bajillion webcomics) we thought about moving this site to an actual webcomic hosting site where we can get more people to read!
And what's happening to this site: As I said before this site isn't changing. It's going to continue to update normally while the other site will update from the beginning of the JGT journey. It's gonna be a whole new adventure!!
Thank you for keeping up with this site and the wild adventures we've had! Now we can share these same adventures from the beginning and in color!!

Harry is not pleased...
Ello, everyone! Here is Page 35 for you all!
This page shows the start of the final battle scene for the Big Magic trilogy....EEEP SO EXCITED X3
I'm still experimenting with drawing fight scenes, so bear with me, please. ^^"
Meanwhile, Harry is bearing with the intimidating thought of fighting his brother...who's using a scythe as his weapon.
Since this kind of reaction would mess with the tone of the scene, here is a quick shot of how Harry would really react.
Sassy Harry is sassy.
Well, we'll see what his real, real reaction is in the next page! So tune in for that, as well as some announcements on Thursday!
