The Song of Big Magic

Ello, everyone! Genie here!

As I continue to get ready the next eppie (aka, finalize the script), I wanted to share with you guys a little gem of ours from our JGT Playlist! Jocey and I have added it years ago when going through the first drafts, but now that Big Magic has been completed and colored, I thought it would be appropriate to share the song!

And the song is called "Hero/Heroine" by Boys Like Girls!

We just thought the lyrics fit Jag, Harry, and Rudy pretty well, and it was a song that got me in the zone while drawing the eppies.

Don't Panic, T.I.N.!

Hey, guys! Genie here.

Boy oh boy, these past couple of weeks have been hectic for me, both physically and emotionally. First of all, I would like to thank Jocey for that wonderful post that reminded me of the ultimate happiness that is friendship. Thank you both Jocey and Taylor for cheering me up when I felt stuck, and thank you everyone for hanging in there :)

For the sake of a for-fun moment, I decided to draw an ad-libbed scenario from the upcoming episode, JGT in OZ! Whether or not this actually makes it into the episode, I wanted to share nonetheless :)

Aw, don't worry, T.I.N. Panicking is just a sign that you care about something a LOT. So maybe you have a heart after all ;)

And if any of you feel like T.I.N., flustered and all, please hang in there, think about the people/stories/things that make you happy, and breathe. And we all have hearts, so we all gotta breathe, right? ^o^

So if you feel panicky about something, I know that you can make it through :)

A hug for all

Hey everybody!

Jocey here. Man long time no see. School has been insane, like up the wall crazy. I'm actually nearing my graduation date, so it's nearly all over for me. But for Genie, she has a whole month left after I graduate from school.
On another note, our great creator Genie has been feeling anxious and a whole slew of emotions and I felt like posting this today because sometimes we all need hugs from the friends we love best.

So this is for Genie, for being amazing and juggling and for being the best friend in the whole wide world. I actually wrote a ceremonial speech about her in my speech class :)

I sped colored this drawing. 

So Genie: Relax, have confidence, you are friggin amazing and don't you ever forget it.

Hey, everyone! Genie here, taking a break from studies to wish you guys a happy, hopping Easter!

Since Lila didn't want to be the 'bunny' for this year's Easter pic, a couple of other characters volunteered...

No April Fool's Day joke here! Tis Rudy Jr.'s birthday!

And to celebrate, I have asked the rest of the JGT characters a question...

I wonder what Rudy means by that. Is he talking about Big Magic, or something else...

Hmm, well as we take in that food-for-thought, let's all wish our little mouse boy a happy, happy birthday!!! May you always be the hero we deserve ;)
