Happy Thanksgiving 2015: Being in the Sky

Ello, everyone! Genie and JGT here to wish you a Happy Thanksgiving!

And if you don't celebrate Thanksgiving, that is totally fine. I just want to show how much JGT and company is thankful for all of you, and how we are thankful for each other as well.

So, here is a simple picture for the simple act of being thankful.

I left the sketch lines and mess-ups, because both Flitwick and I are thankful for these characters, and all that they're made of. Yep, that's right. Flitwick has the ability to be corny, too :)

JGT Character Doodles (Part 3)!

Ello, everyone! Genie here with the last three of the JGT character doodles from OCtober!

Time to draw back to the original trio of friends!

I always love thinking about these three. Though they haven't shown up a lot in the comic yet, they show up a lot in my mind. I can't wait to tell more of their stories :)

I hope you've enjoyed these silly and deep and fun character doodles, and again, thank you everyone for being so patient! This month has been very busy, but I shall try my best to get Page 12 to you soon! It's almost done, so stay tuned later this week!

JGT Character Doodles (Part 2)!

Ello, everyone! Genie here with the second trio of JGT character doodles from my OC-tober drawing challenge with Jocey!

Here they are!

Gotta love the boys with the bluish eyes! I had so much fun drawing this group, and I may have had a little too much fun with Flitwick and Harry's descriptions, hehe. And for Rudy's sake, I toned the hilarity down a bit.

I will post the last three character doodles soon, and then...page 12!! Again, thank you so, so much for your patience and support! It makes me as happy as...Harry being reunited with his lab coat!

Quick Update and OCtober JGT Character Doodles (Part 1)!

Ello, everyone! Genie here!

So, as you can see, Page 12 is not ready yet. But never fear! It is currently in the works. I've mentioned before that I am participating in NaNoWriMo (National Novel Writing Month) this year, so I wanted to make sure that I didn't fall too behind on my novel during this first week of November.

However, as I work on both JGT and my novel, I still want to hang out at the website every once in a while, and share with you guys some cool stuff.

And so, for today, here are some character doodles from a special challenge!

Here's the story: Jocey and I thought it would be fun to do a drawing challenge during the month of October (OC-tober, as Jocey called it XD). Every day of the month, we would draw an OC of ours, add whatever quotes or comments to the doodle, and then we would share it with one another. Not only did we get to practice our drawing skills, we ended up learning a lot of awesome things about each other's characters, which is always great :) We recommend this challenge to everyone!

And, of course, for this challenge, a JGT character popped up every now and then.

Here for you today is a handful of those characters!

Gotta love these two baddies and one goodie-that-used-to-be-baddie-kinda-ish! :D

I had a lot of fun drawing and writing comments for these three. The especially entertaining commentary came from Ace's drawing.....I'll let you guys interpret it yourselves. Maybe I...or Jocey...will discuss it more in the future ;)

A Little Birthday Surprise for Jag

Ello, everyone! Genie and Jocey here to wish a happy birthday to JGT's favorite squirrel dude, Jag!

Sorry that this is about an hour late. Jocey and I are participating in NaNoWriMo (National Novel Writing Month) this year, and I ended up using more time to write than I had planned, haha.

But nonetheless, Jocey has a little birthday surprise for Jag, which can be witnessed....right here!

Thank you, Jocey, for this hilariously cute birthday gift for Jag. When she originally showed me this picture, she explained to me that Jocey was bold and wanted to give him something he would not expect.

Well, congrats, Jocey! He did not expect that XD

In fact, I loved this picture so much...I drew a little sequel to it!

Here is what happened the day after:

We thought Squirrel Jocey would be embarrassed after pulling this off. Aw, poor flustered squirrel couple! Despite the 'sunburnt cheeks', I believe that Jag had a wonderful birthday. Here's hoping :)

Alright, back to writing and to working on Page 12!
